Following the conclusion of the Peace Treaty with the Native Tribes of VOI 700 D in 2631, the settlement and housing structure of the ExoHumans underwent significant changes at the start of the Gamma Age.

The treaty mandated ExoHumans vacate all previously occupied areas outside four specifically designated reservations, dramatically reshaping their living patterns and urban organization.

These reservations are strictly supervised by Native Tribes to ensure treaty compliance. Each reservation is surrounded by a security perimeter known as the Settlement Perimeter Wall, controlled by the Deputies of the Federal Sheriff. All individuals entering or exiting the settlements undergo thorough security checks at designated gates.

The Peace Treaty restricted human habitation strictly to four reservations, each with specialized functions and unique living conditions:

• Reservation of New Kourou
• Location: Eastern Equatorial Section of the Habitual Belt (Asari), close to the original landing site of the Last Frontier.
• Function: Administrative, economic, and governmental hub of the Federal Confederation.
• Housing: Initially built from salvaged spaceship materials; future housing under the Federal Settlement Plan (FSP) will be constructed using sustainable Mycelium blocks.

• Reservation of Firetown
• Location: Ralar Region of the Dark Side, near Volcano Ralar.
• Function: Mining settlement, primarily focused on copper extraction.

• Reservation of Hope
• Location: Eastern Equatorial Section of the Habitual Belt (Asari) near Arla River.

• Housing: Structures made predominantly from local stone and timber, providing basic living quarters integrated with agricultural facilities.

• Reservation of Morningstar
• Location: Eastern Equatorial Section of the Habitual Belt (Asari) in the Atrana Mountains.
• Function: Central hub for the timber industry, providing wood and related resources.
• Housing: Predominantly wooden structures, communal lodges, and worker camps designed to support collective living and industry operations.

Though ExoHumans are legally restricted to these four settlements, a few strategic exceptions exist:

• Halfway Inn: A sanctioned rest stop located along the Trade Route between settlements, specifically serving authorized Federal Courier Service Caravans.
• Mount Atrana Communication Outpost: An isolated, highly regulated relay station situated in the Atrana Mountains, critical for inter-settlement communications.
• Outlaw groups, such as the Jane Mendoza Gang, have established illegal clandestine settlements outside regulated zones, challenging federal authority.

Under the terms of the treaty and the oversight of the GAIA system, ExoHuman movement and residency between settlements are heavily restricted:
