The Federal Health Agency (FHEA) is the central authority responsible for managing the healthcare system of the ExoHuman Federal Confederation in the Gamma Age on planet VOI 700 D.

Located in the Federal Health Agency Building at NE Talara Road 2 within the Civic Ring of New Kourou, the FHEA ensures the coordination and organization of healthcare services for the citizens across all four Federal Confederate reservations. Like all federal agencies, the FHEA operates in close collaboration with the GAIA system to fulfill its responsibilities effectively.

The FHEA operates through a structured hierarchy, with clearly defined roles and departments to manage the healthcare system efficiently:

• Federal Health Agency Director: Leads the agency and oversees all operations.Responsible for high-level decision-making and strategic planning.
• Education and training Manages the training and professional development of medical personnel. Works closely with GAIA and the Danah Wanah University in New Kourou. Assigns medical personnel to healthcare facilities based on needs and qualifications.
• Patient Administration: Coordinates medical treatments and health screenings for all citizens. Maintains and updates medical records in collaboration with GAIA.
• Facilities Management Department: Ensures the maintenance and upkeep of all medical buildings and equipment. Oversees infrastructure to guarantee optimal operational conditions.
• Administrative Department: Handles exohuman resources, procurement, and inter-agency agreements. Manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the agency.

The FHEA oversees and coordinates all Federal Confederate medical facilities. In Gamma Age, this includes the following institutions:

• Medical Station and Federal Hospital of New Kourou
• Federal general practitioner practices in Firetown, Hope and Morningstar
• The Faculty of Medicine at the Danah Wanah-University in New Kourou.
