Per Section 13 of the Civil Code, healthcare is free for all citizens who comply with mandatory screenings and immunizations. Advanced energy-intensive procedures (full nanosurgery, oncology protocols, long-term recovery) are concentrated next door in the Federal Hospital. Medical Bots —the only legally operating bots in the Gamma Age—may only be used in New Kourou (Medical Station & Federal Hospital) under FHA oversight.
