Background
rixi Da Vinci arrived on VOI 700 D and briefly sought farmland in the Hope Region, but when her application was denied, she pivoted to service work. In 2628, under Guy Mikkelstein’s patronage, she began bartending at Saloon Gloria during its rowdy Beta Age heyday, quickly earning his trust as his right hand.
After the Great War and the rise of Communardism, Supreme Councilor Aisha Patel’s administration moved to close Saloon Gloria alongside the rest of the Entertainment District to enforce the resource-management rules of the Peace Treaty. Former Mayor James Mc Antie successfully lobbied for a special exemption for three venues — Saloon Gloria, Firetown Billiards Saloon (Fire Bill), and the Firetown Darts Club — citing the unique hardships of Firetown’s residents under perpetual darkness and harsh conditions. Trixi was then appointed Federal Host, while Guy fled to co-found the Jane Mendoza Gang.
Though her public persona remains dutiful, Trixi secretly maintains her affair with Guy, and she uses her new role to facilitate the Gang’s drug distribution and recruitment through coded drink orders. Doorwoman Iona Lynge stands ever at her side, offering physical support when conflicts arise.

Tactical Advice for Dungeon Masters
Trixi Da Vinci can serve as:
- Double-Agent NPC: Provides lawful support to PCs but secretly funnels information or supplies to the Jane Mendoza Gang.
- Social Pivot: A source of insider rumors, covert invitations to illicit activities, or bureaucratic obstacles when PCs lack proper paperwork.
- Moral Gray Figure: Challenges PCs to question their own loyalties—will they expose her treachery or embrace her pragmatic brand of survival?
