The Federal Allotment Centers (FACs) in New Kourou are essential distribution hubs where citizens can receive essential goods bases on their Allotment Cards. These centers are part of a larger network established by the Federal Allotment Agency (FAA), designed to meet the basic needs of citizens within the Exohuman Federal Confederation’s economic model, known as Communardism. Each center can serve up to 4,000 residents, ensuring efficient distribution across New Kourou’s community.
History
The first FAC in New Kourou opened on February 28, 2633, under the leadership of Supreme Councilor Aisha Patel and the Communard government. This was part of a larger shift from the money-based system of the Beta Age to the communal allotment system. Additional centers in Firetown, Hope, and Morningstar followed on January 1, 2634, as the system expanded to cover the entire ExoHuman settlements.
