ADELINA BOUSSADANI

Race and Faction

Background

Adelina Boussadani was born aboard the Last Frontier and began identifying as non-binary at the age of five. Their biological gender is female, but they prefer gender-neutral pronouns. Adelina's early life was shaped by the confined and communal existence aboard the spaceship, where resources were scarce, and personal belongings held significant value.

At the age of 15, Adelina became addicted to “E,” a precursor to the widely feared drug Frostbite. The substance was smuggled and sold by a dealer-ring exploiting the chemistry labs of the spaceship. To sustain their addiction, Adelina turned to theft, stealing goods and personal items from other passengers.

At 19, Adelina was caught during a theft and arrested by the Guarding Troopers. They were sentenced to two years in the ship’s prison wing. However, during the chaos of the crash landing in 2625, Adelina escaped custody and disappeared into the wilds of the newly settled planet. Declared dead in 2626 like many other missing passengers, Adelina used their anonymity to build a new life in the shadows.

By leveraging their understanding of drugs and networks, Adelina turned their addiction into a business. Post-Great War, they began working for Zhang "Venom" Langley, a prominent figure in the drug trade. In 2634, when Langley merged his operations with the Jane Mendoza Gang, Adelina officially became a Hand in the Department for Drug Operations.
