The Federal Housing Agency (FHA) is an authority of the human Federal Confederation in the Gamma Age on Planet VOI 700 D.

The FHA's primary responsibilities include contracting for housing accommodations for the citizens of the Federal Confederation, centrally managing construction projects, and maintaining the Federal real estate inventory. Thus, the FHA plays a central role in the economic system of Communardism, in which there is no private real estate ownership or free housing market. Instead, each property belongs to the community and is controlled by the community.

FHA, like all federal agencies, works closely with the GAIA system in carrying out its responsibilities.
