SHATTERJAW BREAM
Overview
The Shatterjaw Bream is a robust, twilight-reactive fish species native to the mid-depth and shallow zones of Lake Orlanda in the Asari Region of the Habitual Belt on VOI 700 D. It is named for its powerful jaw structure, capable of delivering explosive bites that can fracture the shells of crustaceans or even break small tools left in the water by unsuspecting fishers. Known to be territorial and aggressive, the Shatterjaw Bream plays a key role in balancing the lake's scavenger and crustacean populations.
Among the Orlanda Tribe, the bream is known as “Dratak'Na” or “Breaker of Stones” — a creature both feared and honored for its destructive strength.
