===== Integration of the AuroraSan System =====
The [[aurorasan_system|AuroraSan System]] plays a significant role in the FWRS. Designed to minimize water usage and adapt to the unique environmental conditions of [[the_planet_voi_700_d|VOI 700 D]], the system collects exohuman waste in a manner that complements the FWRS’s sustainability goals.
  * **Waste Collection:** Waste from AuroraSan toilets is transported by the Federal Courier Service to the nearest Federal Organic Waste Recycling Plant (FOWRP) for processing.
  * **Biogas Production:** The nutrient-rich waste enhances biogas output at FOWRPs, contributing significantly to local energy supplies.
  * **Composting:** Organic residue from the AuroraSan System is converted into compost, supporting agricultural and reforestation projects.
This seamless integration underscores the FWRS’s innovative approach to waste management while aligning with the Peace Treaty’s sustainability mandates. However, as the Confederation can no longer produce thermochromic solar film, the AuroraSan System is slowly being phased out. The AI [[gaia|GAIA’s]] long-term planning anticipates a transition back to more basic waste management solutions, such as outhouse toilets, within the next decade.
