-Austin Hammacher's story does not end with peace or redemption. -His bitter crusade came to a violent end on **December 17, 2629**. During a brutal skirmish in the very same Hope Region where his life originally fell apart, Austin was killed in action by warriors of the Honga Tribe. The Free State recorded him as a casualty of war, but in truth, it was the final, inevitable settlement of a blood debt that began years earlier on a disputed patch of dirt.
