THE FEDERAL ATTORNEY

The Federal Attorney, located in New Kourou serves as the legal representative of the Federal Confederation of the Humans in the Gamma Age.They act on behalf of the government in legal matters, including criminal prosecutions, civil litigation involving the Confederation, and constitutional challenges.

The Federal Attorney is appointed by the Federal Council. Proposals for suitable candidates are made through the GAIA system.

Responsibilities and function of the Federal Attorney

  • Prosecution of Criminal Cases: One of the primary responsibilities of the Federal Attorney is to bring criminal cases before the Federal Court. They investigate alleged offenses, gather evidence, and present the prosecution's case during trials.
