Overview

The Federal Allotment Agency (FAA), located in the Federal Allotment Agency Building at SE Talara Road 3 in the Civic Ring of New Kourou, is a federal authority and got founded in the year 2633 during the first administration of Supreme Councilor Aisha Patel of the Communards Party.

The FAA plays a crucial role in the economic system of Communardism, implemented after the after the Great War.This system replaced the traditional currency-based model of the Beta Age with the “Allotment System,” ensuring fair distribution of goods and resources without monetary transactions.

To support this system, the FAA distributes Allotment Cards to the population at the beginning of each year. These cards are provided directly to citizens at their places of work and can be exchanged for goods at designated Federal Allotment Centers.

Organizational structure of the FAA

  • Director: The FAA is headed by a Director who has overall responsibility for the organization and administration of the Allottment System. The Director is responsible for strategic planning, decision making, and oversight of the Authority.
  • GAIA Integration Department: this department is responsible for integrating the AI GAIA into the allotment system and ensuring that allotment card calculations and allocations occur smoothly and efficiently.
  • Allotment Distribution Department: This department is responsible for managing citizens and their allotment cards. They issue the cards and handle the monthly distribution of physical Allotment Cards to citizens' workplaces.
  • Resource Management Department: This department is responsible for managing and monitoring available resources. They work closely with GAIA to determine current resource needs and ensure resources are appropriately allocated according to the Allotment Cards. They are also responsible for coordinating with Federal Confederation businesses and agencies to ensure a smooth flow of resources.In addition, the Department is responsible for administration and supply the Federal Allotment Centers. Moreover, this department bears the responsibility of overseeing the Federal Waste and Recycling System (FWRS), ensuring sustainable resource utilization and effective waste management in conjunction with other federal bodies.
  • Compliance and Enforcement Department: This department monitors compliance with allotment rules and regulations. They work closely with GAIA to ensure that allotment cards are used as directed. They also conduct reviews to detect misuse or violations and take appropriate action.
