The Vazhak Ice Fields form the heart of the Vazhak Region, an immense and treacherous glacial expanse characterized by constant environmental instability, brutal cold, and eerie atmospheric phenomena. Unlike the geothermal zones of the Ralar Mountains or the borderlands near the Habitual Belt, the Vazhak Ice Fields are marked by unrelenting frost, shifting terrain, and a near-total absence of life.

With deep crevasses, magnetic anomalies, and sudden weather shifts, the Ice Fields are considered as one of the most dangerous and least understood landscapes on VOI 700 D.
