TIJONARA RIVER
Overview
The Tijonara River originates in the Tijonara Mountains, flowing through the expansive plains of Senti territory before merging with the Arla River in Lake Tijonara. While technically referred to as a lake, Lake Tijonara functions more as a delta where the two rivers converge, creating a lush and biodiverse wetland.
The Tijonara River has been a vital resource for the Senti Tribe for centuries and a focal point of cultural and ecological significance. However, its history is also marked by conflict during the Beta Age, leading to its current status as a protected zone under the Peace Treaty of the Gamma Age.
