Guy Mikkelstein (*2598 aboard the Last Frontier) is the founder and original manager of Saloon Gloria in Firetown on VOI 700 D. He is also a co-founding member of the Jane Mendoza Gang, after fleeing the Federal Confederation system. Born into the third generation of exohumans, Guy's rebellious spirit was shaped by his family's defiance of regulations, notably smuggling their dog, Gloria, onto the spaceship. Guy later embraced an anarchistic, anti-establishment ideology, earning a reputation as an “anti-establishment space punk.”

Biography Guy Mikkelstein was born to a third-generation exohuman family aboard the Last Frontier. His grandparents famously smuggled their shepherd dog, Gloria, onto the ship, defying the official regulations. The dog's eventual euthanization left a lasting impact on the family`s worldview, reinforcing his disdain for bureaucratic systems.

In 2628, Guy founded Saloon Gloria, which became a legendary bar in Firetown. The saloon symbolized resistance against any kind of authority, with Gloria's taxidermied figure a tribute to his family's defiance. Before the Great War, Saloon Gloria was known for its round-the-clock operation, offering alcohol, music, and illegal substances.

However, after the war, and with the implementation of Communardism in the Federal Confederation, Guy was removed from his position as manager by the GAIA. He was reassigned to work as a lumberjack in Morningstar, but he soon fled the system, later becoming a founding member of the Jane Mendoza Gang, the biggest outlaw group operating on the Dark Side and in the Eastern Equatorial Section of the Habitual Belt.

Guy Mikkelstein is known for his rebellious nature and strong anti-authoritarian beliefs. A self-described “anti-establishment space punk,” he rejects any form of regulation or control, instead advocating for individual freedom. His leadership in the Jane Mendoza Gang reflects his disdain for the Federal Confederation and its imposed rules. Guy is also a deeply nostalgic individual, as evidenced by his emotional connection to Gloria, the family dog he never got to know alive, whose death became a symbol of resistance against oppressive systems.

Though charismatic, Guy is a hard-edged individual. His time as an Outlaw has hardened him, and he is quick to reject any form of governance that impedes his ideals of freedom. He is known for his unconventional thinking and ability to inspire others to join him in defiance of authority.

Guy’s anti-establishment ideology was deeply ingrained by his family's history of defiance aboard the Last Frontier. He views bureaucracy and regulation as inherently oppressive, seeing the strict rules of the Federal Confederation and its GAIA system as enemies of personal freedom. His role in founding the Jane Mendoza Gang only deepened this stance, as he and his fellow outlaws live in open defiance of the laws of the Confederation.

Guy Mikkelstein is tall, standing at 1.85 meters, with an athletic build developed from his time as a lumberjack. He has a rugged appearance, with weathered skin from working in the mountains of Morningstar before his escape. His hair is dark, often left disheveled, and his eyes are a piercing blue, reflecting his sharp mind and rebellious spirit.

Guy also has a large tattoo of Gloria, the shepherd dog, on his left arm, a permanent reminder of his family’s resistance and a symbol of the values he continues to fight for.

After fleeing the system, Guy became one of the founding members of the Jane Mendoza Gang. He is considered as the associate who is responsible for the Gang Organization.

Guy Mikkelstein is accused of founding a criminal organization, the Jane Mendoza Gang, and violating several laws of the Federal Confederation. Notably, he has broken Section 12: Employment of the Civil Code by refusing job assignments from the GAIA System, a mandatory part of the Confederation's economy. His crimes include:
