CRIMSON DEEPFISH
Overview
The Crimson Deepfish is a blind, slow-moving species native to the hydrothermal vent zones of Ralar Bay on the Dark Side of VOI 700 D. Navigating through complete darkness, this fish relies on vibration sensitivity and chemical trail detection to survive in the mineral-rich, geothermal waters.
Despite its small size and lack of vision, the Crimson Deepfish plays a vital role in the local ecosystem, feeding on microbial mats and serving as prey for larger predators like the Glowfin Ray.
