From mid-2626 through 2631, Morningstar’s [[community_center|Local Community Center]] anchored the civic life of the [[the_humans|exohuman]] settlement — housing the elected [[contact_person|Contact Person]]’s office, civil-registry archives, and the two-week referendum hall. A fortified sub-basement vault contains the Morningstar [[local_gaia_hub|Local GAIA Hub]], a Tier-B node delivering local planning, crisis modeling, and permit services with the help of the AI [[gaia|GAIA]]. 

After the [[peace_treaty|Peace Treaty]] and the founding of the [[federal_confederation|Federal Confederation]] in 2632, it became the [[office_of_the_mayor_of_morningstar|Mayor’s Office of Morningstar]].
