The Federal Hostel and Saloon (FHAS) of New Kourou is a dual-purpose institution combining accommodation for travelers with a regulated cultural hub for residents. It reflects the [[federal_confederation|Federal Confederation’s]] emphasis on sustainability and equal access during the [[the_gamma_age|Gamma Age]].  

The [[federal_hostel_saloon|FHAS facilities]] were established in 2633 under the [[communards|Communard]] Government Administration of [[supreme_councilor|Supreme Councilor]] [[georgia_hawking|Aisha Patel]]. They were created to fulfill the requirements of the [[peace_treaty|Peace Treaty]], emphasizing reduced energy consumption, resource conservation, and communal ownership.
