===== Background =====

Valen Radoslav was born aboard the Last Frontier into a third-generation ExoHuman family. Crime offered him an avenue to defy this control, and upon arriving on [[the_planet_voi_700_d|VOI 700 D,]] he began his career with petty thefts. His natural talent for violence and strategy, however, soon drew him into more dangerous criminal endeavors.

His group committed robberies, murders, and resource thefts amidst the conflict, preying on settlements with ruthless efficiency. In 2634, he joined the [[jane_bold_gang|Jane Mendoza Gang]], where his expertise in violent crime earned him a position as an Associate.
