TORVEN HALD’S DOCKHOUSE
Overview
 * **Location:** Industrial Ring, Arla Town
 * **Address:** NW Industrial Ring Road 6
 * **Surroundings:** Located in Arla Town's "Fishermen's Quarter", adjacent to the banks of Lake Arla and nearby the Funkenberg Fishfactory.

Torven Hald specialized in deep-water netting on Lake Arla. His heavy gear—maintained and repaired via Tiller & Net Fishing Supplies — brought in larger hauls than most. All fish moved through the Arla Town Market or went in bulk to the Funkenberg Fishfactory.

The dockhouse was destroyed during the Great War when the Alliance of Native Tribes razed Arla Town.

Architectural Significance
 * **Construction Material:** Heavy timbers; reinforced roof beams for hoists

Products
| **Product/Service** | **Distribution/Destination** | **Channel** | **Price (Kourou)** |

Look and Feel
Wet hemp and lake silt perfumed the air. In the Asari Region's perpetual twilight, the net-laden beams loomed like dark rigging, water ticking from line to plank. Pulleys creaked; Torven’s short, clipped orders kept the place moving with the rhythm of a ship’s engine room.

Public Access, Operating Hours & Operational Rhythm
 * **Operating Hours:** 03:30 – 17:00
 * **Delivery Rhythm:** Predawn launches; bulk offload to Market/Factory late morning
 * **Community Role:** High-volume supplier; emergency muscle for salvage or search trawls

Player Interactions
Legal
 * Contract Torven’s crew for a salvage drag or search trawl
 * Arrange bulk offload windows with the Fishfactory
 * Coordinate delivery timing with Arla Town Market

Illegal
 * Hide contraband within deep-net hauls
 * Sabotage pulley frames to cause “accidents”
 * Bribe crew to misreport weights before factory tally

Tactical Advice for Dungeon Masters
Torven represents raw strength and heavy hauling power in the Quarter. His gear and crew are useful for salvage or mass transport — but equally tempting for smugglers or saboteurs seeking to disrupt supply chains.

Adventure Hook Example
 * **The Weighted Nets –** Someone has tampered with Torven’s nets, causing repeated losses. PCs must uncover whether it’s sabotage by rivals, Cartel meddling, or a cover-up for smuggling operations.
