   * Regularly conducts patrols and inspections, but may turn a blind eye to certain activities in exchange for valuable items or bribes.
   * Uses his charm to gather information from both locals and outsiders, acting as a bridge between official duties and his under-the-table activities.
-  * Known for selectively enforcing rules, depending on what benefits him personally, often influenced by those who can provide him with luxuries or forbidden items.
+===== Personality =====
+  * **Traits:** Charming, materialistic, easily influenced
+  * **Behavior:** Shawn presents himself as friendly and approachable, particularly when he sees potential personal gain. He lacks firm principles and is willing to bend or break rules if the price is right. Although he can be helpful, his assistance is often conditional on what he stands to benefit.
+  * **Values:** Shawn’s primary motivation is personal comfort and luxury. He has little regard for official regulations unless they align with his interests, and he views wealth and luxury as symbols of success. His moral flexibility allows him to rationalize his actions, seeing his position as an opportunity to secure a comfortable life.
+===== Physical Attributes =====
+  * **Height:** 1.75 meters
+  * **Weight:** 70 kg
+  * **Appearance:** Shawn takes pride in his appearance, always sporting a well-kept hairstyle and a discrete golden earring, which he claims is a family heirloom. His uniform, though standard, is often tailored to fit perfectly, adding to his air of charm and self-assurance. This attention to his image often allows him to pass as a more principled officer than he truly is.
+===== Combat Statistics =====
+  * **Armor Class (AC):** 16 (Uniform and reflexes)
+  * **Hit Points (HP):** 70
+**Actions:**
+  * **1. Bribability:** Shawn is highly susceptible to bribery. With a successful Persuasion check (medium difficulty) and an adequate payment, he may ignore infractions, release a prisoner, or offer assistance. His flexibility with the law provides players a way to manipulate situations for the right price.
+  * **2. Federal Stun Gun:** As a standard-issue weapon for Deputies, Shawn carries a stun gun for non-lethal engagements. | **Effect:** Target must succeed on a Constitution save or be stunned for 1 turn.
+  * **3. Baton Strike:** When required, Shawn can use a baton for close-quarters combat. | **Damage:** 1d8 + 6
+  * **4. Gun Crossbow Shot:** As with all Deputies, Shawn is equipped with a gun crossbow for long-range encounters. | **Damage:** 1d10 + 1d4 piercing
+  * **5. Knife Strike:** Shawn keeps a small knife on hand for emergencies. | **Damage:** 1d6 + 2
+**Special Abilities:**
+  * **Quick Talker:** Shawn’s charm and quick thinking allow him to talk his way out of tight situations. He can use his charisma to mislead or distract enemies, potentially providing him or an ally with a temporary advantage by diverting attention. This gives him a +2 bonus on Charisma-based skill checks for evasion or deception.
+===== Motivations and Goals =====
+Shawn’s ultimate goal is to maintain a lifestyle of comfort and luxury, a pursuit that frequently leads him to engage in questionable activities. He dreams of amassing enough wealth to live in ease, with access to the high-quality goods that are otherwise unavailable in the Federal Confederation. While he is not overtly ambitious in terms of career, his materialistic drive makes him amenable to those who can supply him with luxury items, even if it compromises his duties as a Deputy.
+===== Tactical Advice for Dungeon Masters =====
+Shawn Guaido provides a useful mix of charm and moral ambiguity, serving as a character who players might either exploit or confront. His susceptibility to bribery and charm allows DMs to create nuanced encounters where characters can manipulate or be manipulated by him, depending on the situation. He is less suited for tactical combat but can use his charisma to gather information, mislead others, or access restricted areas. Shawn’s character offers DMs a way to explore themes of corruption and personal ambition, especially in scenarios where players must navigate the shadowy dealings of Firetown.
