 ===== Motivations and Goals =====
-Lucien’s primary goal is to gain power and influence, particularly by challenging Mandala Friedberg in the next election for Federal Sheriff. His actions are driven by his belief that he could bring a more efficient, albeit ruthless, approach to leadership. Lucien sees himself as the natural choice to safeguard Firetown, especially against external threats and internal disorder, and he is willing to take down Forster to prove his worth. His loyalty lies with his own ambitions rather than with the principles of the Federal Confederation.
+Lucien’s overarching goal is to secure the position of Federal Sheriff, replacing Mandla Friedberg. He views Friedberg as a political obstacle and frequently seeks to weaken his authority, both openly and covertly. His collaboration with the Jane Mendoza Gang, though unofficial and selectively concealed, provides him with a source of income and influence, allowing him to subtly erode Friedberg’s credibility. Lucien is willing to go to great lengths to achieve his ambitions, seeing his actions as a means to position himself as the rightful leader capable of protecting Firetown and securing his own legacy.
+===== Tactical Advice for Dungeon Masters =====
+Lucien Garcia is a highly adaptable NPC suited to both political intrigue and conflict-driven scenarios. His position as Local Sheriff allows him to serve as either an ally or antagonist, depending on the players' goals. Lucien’s alliances with the Jane Mendoza Gang add an element of moral complexity, presenting players with difficult choices if they uncover his corruption. DMs can use Lucien’s ambition and connections to create scenarios where players must navigate alliances, betrayals, and manipulation. His intelligence and tactical skill make him a formidable adversary or a powerful, albeit treacherous, ally within Firetown’s power structure.
