+===== Motivations and Goals =====
+Livia is driven by a desire to create stability and security for the people of the Federal Confederation. Haunted by the chaos and suffering of the Great War, she sees her role as a Deputy as an opportunity to build a better future, one caravan at a time. She is particularly committed to training the next generation of Deputies, ensuring they are prepared to face the challenges of a volatile world. However, Livia’s ultimate goal is to unite the fractured regions of VOI 700-D, believing that only through shared purpose and cooperation can the Exohumans truly thrive.
