The [[federal_hostel_saloon|FHAS facilities]] were established in 2633 under the [[communards|Communard]] Government Administration of [[supreme_councilor|Supreme Councilor]] [[georgia_hawking|Aisha Patel]]. They were created to fulfill the requirements of the [[peace_treaty|Peace Treaty]], emphasizing reduced energy consumption, resource conservation, and communal ownership. This system replaced the free-market pubs and hotels of the [[beta_age|Beta Age]], ensuring equitable access and standardized cultural spaces for all citizens of the Confederation.
+Since 2634, the FHAS network has also served as part of the distribution system of the [[the_weekly_gazette|Weekly Gazette]], giving citizens access to the Confederation’s official news medium alongside its cultural and social functions.
