The Mayor`s Council is a council of the Federal Conferation of the ExoHumans on VOI 700 D, As the second legislative body, it provides a platform for local Mayors to collaborate on implementing federal laws and addressing the unique challenges of each reservation.

The Council, established by the Aisha Patel government on February 26, 2634, convenes in the Mayor's Council Building, located at 1 Talara Road, Western Civic Ring, New Kourou.

• Policy Implementation: Finding unified approaches to adapt federal laws to local needs.
• Representation: Advocating for the interests of reservations to the Federal Council and Supreme Councilor.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediating inter-reservation disputes over resources, energy, and industrial priorities.
• Emergency Coordination: Leading collaborative efforts during crises, such as natural disasters or energy shortages.

The Council meets quarterly, rotating the presidency among the reservations:

• Quarter 1 (January-March): New Kourou
• Quarter 2 (April-June): Firetown
• Quarter 3 (July-September): Hope
• Quarter 4 (October-December): Morningstar

The presiding Mayor is responsible for:

• Preparing agendas and leading discussions.
• Acting as the Council's liaison to the Federal Council and other institutions.
