The Analog Siren System is an essential emergency alert mechanism installed across all ExoHuman settlements within the Federal Confederation. Designed to function independently of electrical power, it ensures rapid communication of emergencies to the Local Sheriff’s Office (in Hope, Morningstar, and Firetown) or the Federal Sheriff’s Headquarters (in New Kourou).

The system operates through manually activated sirens installed in all Federal and public buildings within each settlement, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quick response.

Design: The sirens are hand-cranked or spring-loaded mechanical devices capable of emitting loud, piercing tones audible across the settlement. Signal Patterns: Different siren patterns communicate specific types of emergencies, such as:

1. Continuous Tone: General emergency (e.g., fire, public safety threat).
2. Intermittent Tone: Civil unrest or large-scale disturbance.
